By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them before purchasing.

1. General

These terms apply to all visitors and customers of Trendix. We may update them at any time; the version published here at the time of your order is the one that applies to it.

2. Products and pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Your bank or card issuer will convert to your local currency if needed, at their rate. We may change prices at any time without notice, but a change will never affect an order already placed.

Product images are provided by our suppliers and are for illustration. Minor variation in colour or finish is possible.

3. Product information and health claims

Our products are general wellness and recovery aids. They are not medical devices and nothing on this site is medical advice. If you have an injury, a medical condition, are pregnant, or have an implanted device such as a pacemaker, speak to a qualified healthcare professional before using massage, heat or EMS products.

4. Orders and payment

By placing an order you confirm the details you provide are accurate and complete. We accept major credit and debit cards through Shopify's secure checkout. An order is confirmed only after payment is successfully authorised.

We may cancel and refund an order if the item becomes unavailable, if the price was listed in error, or if we suspect fraud.

5. Shipping

We ship to the United States, the United Kingdom and Australia. Delivery timeframes on our Shipping Policy page are estimates, not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, weather or other events outside our control.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns are governed by our Refund & Return Policy. By purchasing from Trendix you agree to those terms.

7. Intellectual property

The Trendix name, our original written content and site design belong to us. Product images and manufacturer specifications remain the property of their respective owners. Do not reproduce our original content without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our maximum liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your own country, which apply regardless of what is written here.

9. Governing law

Trendix is operated from India. These terms are governed by Indian law, and disputes are subject to the courts of Uttar Pradesh, India — without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you hold in your country of residence.
