Track Your Order
Every order gets a tracking number by email once it leaves the warehouse.
How to track
1. Find your tracking numberIt is in your dispatch confirmation email. Check your spam folder if you cannot see it — that is where it usually hides.
2. Enter it at 17TRACKPaste your number at 17track.net. It recognises the international carriers we ship with and shows the full journey in one place.
3. Check back in a couple of daysTracking often shows nothing for the first 2–5 business days after dispatch. That is normal — the parcel is moving, the scan data just has not caught up yet.
Haven't received a tracking number?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before they ship. If it has been longer than that, email us and we will chase it up.
Tracking hasn't moved in over a week
Email us your order number. We will trace the parcel with the carrier and, if it is genuinely lost, resend it or refund you in full — no argument.
Expected delivery times
After dispatch: 7–15 business days to the USA and UK, 7–18 business days to Australia. Full details on our Shipping Policy page.
